Anne McCaffrey just died a couple of weeks ago - I've been doing lots of re-reading her books - sci/fi/fantasty genre; my favorite Cussler books are the Dirk Pitt novels - he's been writing for long time ... our fav Gerritsen novels are the Rizzoli & Isles books (love the TV series too)
Some new suggestions for me here: I haven't read Anne McCaffrey or Clive Cussler but I love Tess Gerritsen.
