365/25 - Pre-Dawn

5am shot from my balcony - I went outside to see what the cloud cover was like as the ISS was due to pass overhead - no stars showing at all so I took this photo as a consolation.

    I am a sucker for lights like this in photos. Nice shot Jo the moving lights makes it feel like a place that both exists but doesn't.
